Ordering

Thank you for considering Ampwares as your tube amp parts supplier. Your business is important to us and it is my goal to provide you with the best possible service. Orders can be placed in the following ways.

ONLINE: Our new Online Shopping Cart is now available. You can order parts securely with this system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Add items to your shopping cart by browing the various products. When you have completed your shopping click on "CHECKOUT" in the top right corner of your browser screen and enter your shipping and payment information.
Fax: Print out a copy of our order form and fill it out completely. Be sure to include shipping charges and complete all payment information so that your order will not be delayed. FAX ordering is available 24/7 at (877) 839-5047.
Email: We can no longer accept email orders. If you would like to place an order via the Internet, please use our Online Shopping Cart
US Mail: Use our new Online Shopping Cart to calculate the shipping charges and create an order form. Just select the "Check" (use this option for Money Orders as well) at checkout and a order form will be generated for you w/ shipping charges. Print this out and in mail it with your payment to:

Payment

Credit Card: Visa and Mastercard are accepted for credit purchases. Please be sure to includeALL of the following information to avoid delay in processing your order.
- Card type (Visa or Mastercard)
- Card Issuer (Bank or financial institution name)
- Card Number
- Expiration Date
- Name (EXACTLY as it appears on the card)
- Credit card BILLING address
- Phone number(s) where you can be reached (please indicate day/eve)
Money Order or Bank Check: Orders paid with a money order or bank/certified check (check payable by a financial institution) must include shipping charges. Please make sure they are payable in $US. Make money orders payable to Ampwares.
Personal Check: Orders paid with a personal check may be held for up to 10 days to allow them to clear the bank. Please make sure checks are in $US and all shipping charges are included. Make checks payable to Ampwares. NOTE:I charge a $25 fee for returned checks.

Shipping

Domestic orders are shipped within 24-48 hours via USPS Priority Mail. Rates and delivery times are dependant on weight and shipping distance.
International orders are shipped via USPS International Services. According to their website, most international deliveries via Air will take 7-10 days, but there have been cases where it takes up to 3 weeks due to customs. Also, I reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain countries. There are certain countries that have an awful track record for delivering shipments. Since USPS shipping requires a trip to the post office, International orders received during the week are shipped on Friday or Saturday.

Return Policy

Please make sure your order is complete by checking it against the invoice upon receipt.
Please inspect your order for damage that may have occured during shipment.
Email/call first to make arrangements for returns. DO NOT return items without first contacting Ampwares for return instructions.
Ampwares is not responsible for incorrect or damaged orders that have not been reported within 5 days or delivery.
Parts that have been used or installed cannot be returned.
Special order, custom, JUNK BIN or AS IS items cannot be returned.
Refunds are limited to the price of the merchandise only. No refunds will be made for shipping costs.
Please order carefully to avoid unnecessary return hassles.

Privacy Statement

Ampwares firmly believes in your right to privacy online. All information gathered by Ampwares is kept confidential. Ampwares does not generate or share address, email lists, or demographic information with any company or agency. Ampwares does not bulk-mail (junk mail) or send mass emails (spam) to it's customers. Any information collected by Ampwares is used solely for processing and shipping of orders.
