Thank you for considering Ampwares as your tube amp parts supplier. You business is important to me and it is my goal to provide you with the best possible customer service. Orders can be placed in the following ways.

FAX: Print out a copy of our order form and fill it out completely. Be sure to include shipping charges and complete payment information so that your order will not be delayed. FAX ordering is available 24/7 at (610) 497-9408.
Email Email your order to sales@ampwares.com Please include a detailed list of the items your ordering with quantities, shipping and payment information.
US Mail: Print out a copy of our order form and fill it out completely. If you are sending payment with your order please be sure to include shipping charges (email/call for a quote) to avoid any delay in shipping your order. Mail to:

Payment

Credit Card: Visa and Mastercard are accepted for credit purchases. Please be sure to include ALL of the following information to avoid delay in processing your order:
- Card type (Visa or Mastercard)
- Card Issuer (Bank or financial institution name)
- Card Number
- Expiration Date
- Name (EXACTLY as it appears on the card)
- Credit card billing address
- Phone number(s) where you can be reached (please indicate day and/or eve)
Money Order or Bank Check: Orders paid with a money order or bank/certified check (check payable by a financial institution) will be shipped upon receipt. Please make sure they are payable in $US and include shipping charges. Make money orders payable to Ampwares.
Personal Check: Orders paid with a personal check may be held for up to 10 days before shipping. Please make sure checks are payable in $US and all shipping charges are included. Make checks payable to Ampwares.
C.O.D. Orders: Use this option for fastest delivery of non-credit card purchases. COD orders can be shipped by US Postal Service or UPS. NOTICE: Carriers no longer accept cash! Payment can be made with a money order or bank/certified check. Sorry, no personal checks will be accepted for COD purchases. COD is not available for APO or international customers.
**International Orders**: International orders can be paid with a credit card or prepaid with a money order/certified check payable in US funds. Please email for shipping rates before mailing any funds.

Shipping Rates

Orders under 5 lbs are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail packages genrally arrive in 2-3 days after shipping. Orders under 3 pounds are $5.00. Orders from 3-5 pounds are $7.50. Items over 5 lbs, heavy/bulky items like cabs, speakers and amps are shipped UPS ground.
International orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. This new service offers quick delivery at a very low price. Unfortunately it's not availible to all overseas locations. Orders to international destinations not covered by Global Priority Mail are shipped USPS Air Parcel Post. Actual shipping charges apply, email for rates.
Rush Delivery: Overnight and 2 day shipment is available via UPS. Actual UPS shipping charges apply, email for rates. Please note that UPS will not ship to APO or post office boxes.

Return Policy

Please make sure your order is complete by checking it against the invoice immediately upon receipt.
Please inspect your order for damage that occured during shipment.
Call first to make arrangements for returns. DO NOT return items without first contacting Ampwares for return instructions.
Ampwares is not responsible for incorrect or damaged orders that are not reported within 7 days of delivery.
Parts that have been used or installed cannot be returned.
Special order or AS IS items cannot be returned.
Items order from the "Junk Bin" are sold AS IS and cannot be returned.
Refunds are limited to the price of the merchandise only. No refunds will be made for shipping costs, Sorry.
Please order carefully to avoid unnecessary return hassles.

Ampwares firmly believes in your right to privacy online. All infomation gathered by Ampwares is kept confidential. Ampwares does not generate or share mailing lists, email lists, or demographic information with any company or agency. Ampwares does not bulk-mail (junk mail) or send mass emails (spam) to it's customers. Any information collected by Ampwares is used solely for the processing and shipping of orders.
